        U型玻璃的建筑設計 Architectural design of u-shaped glass

        1、U型玻璃的建筑設計


        1.1 全U型玻璃作為墻體材料可用于內、外墻及屋面。墻體具有良好的透光性,背光面墻面產生漫放射光感、光線柔和;雙排安裝時還有較好的隔聲與隔熱效果,并可以重復利用,是一種節能環保的新型材料。

        1.2 外墻一般用于多層建筑,玻璃的高度取決于風荷載、玻璃距地高度及玻璃連接方式等。F2頁中提供了德國工業標準1055"DIN-1249"、"DIN-18056"有關數據,供多層建筑和高層建筑進行設計選用。

        1.3 U型玻璃墻長度大于6000,高度超過4500時,應核算墻身的穩定,采取相應措施。具體做法另詳見工程設計。

        1.4 U型玻璃屬不燃燒材料,如有特殊要求時,應按有關規范進行設計。

        1.5 U型玻璃按造型及建筑使用功能分別采取八種組合方式,見下表。U型玻璃可單排或雙排安裝;根據建筑設計的需要,可以垂直安裝、水平或坡向安裝;安裝時留通風縫或無通風縫均可。本圖集僅提供了常用的單排翼朝外(或內)和雙排翼在接縫處成對排列兩種組合方式,若采用其他組合方式時應注明。

        1.6 U型玻璃按表面處理方式不同,有普通壓花玻璃、鋼化玻璃、貼膜玻璃、彩色玻璃等,設計選用時除普通壓花玻璃外,選用其余玻璃應予注明。

        1.7 U型玻璃用于濕度較大的房間且室內外溫差較大時,應處理好玻璃表面露水的排泄及下滴問題。

        1.8 用于外墻的U型玻璃,玻璃墻的長度根據個體設計,但應滿足下框料隨著結構的變形絕對值不能夠超過15,否則應考慮中間增加固定措施或與廠家協商配合施工。 


        2、 U型玻璃的主要物理、力學性能


        2.1 規格尺寸

        2.2.1 抗壓強度:700?900N/mm2    抗拉強度30?50N/mm2;

        2.2.2 莫氏硬度:6?7;

        2.2.3 彈性模量:60000?70000 N/mm2;

        2.2.4線膨脹系數:(溫度每升高1℃)75?85*10-7

        2.2.5 化學穩定性:0.18mg

        2.2.6 抗彎強度:


        2.3 透光率:當表面有小花紋單排安裝時為89%,雙排安裝時為81%。

        2.4 傳熱系數:單排安裝時為4.95W/m2?k,

        雙排安裝時為2.3 W/m2?k(SQ1)、2.4 W/m2?k(SQ4)

        2.5 隔聲能力:單排安裝時為27dB(分貝),雙排安裝時為40dB(分貝)

        2.6 耐火極限:U型玻璃的耐火極限為0.75h。


        3 、U型玻璃框口的安裝:

        3.1 用膨脹螺栓將邊框固定在建筑洞口中;或用螺栓、柳釘和已有受力鋼框架錨固。邊框可用直角或斜角連接。邊框每側應至少有3個固定點。上下框料每隔400?600應有1隔固定點;螺栓或柳釘的大小、型號應由廠家按照具體工程的實際情況計算確定。

        3.2 保證上下框口尺寸條件下,U型玻璃可采用型鋼構造組成框口安裝。

        1.5 the u-shaped glass adopts eight combinations according to its modeling and architectural functions, as shown in the table below. U-shaped glass can be installed in single or double rows; Vertical, horizontal or slope installation may be required for the design of the building; Ventilation joint or no ventilation joint can be left during installation. This atlas only provides two common combinations of single-row wings facing outwards (or inwards) and double-row wings arranged in pairs at the joints. If other combinations are adopted, it should be noted.
        1.6 different surface treatment methods for u-shaped glass include ordinary embossed glass, tempered glass, laminated glass and colored glass. In addition to ordinary embossed glass, the selection of other glass shall be noted.
        1.7 when the u-shaped glass is used in the room with high humidity and the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, the problem of dew discharge and droplet on the glass surface should be dealt with well.
        1.8 u-shaped glass used for external walls. The length of the glass wall shall be designed according to the individual, but the absolute value of the lower frame material with the deformation of the structure shall not exceed 15.

        3. Installation of u-shaped glass frame:
        3.1 fix the frame in the opening of the building with expansion bolts; Or with bolts, rivets and an existing stressed steel frame anchorage. Borders can be connected at right or oblique angles. Each side of the border shall have at least 3 fixed points. The upper and lower frame materials should have 1 fixed point every 400 ~ 600; The size and type of bolts or rivets shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the actual situation of the specific project.
        3.2 under the condition of ensuring the size of upper and lower frame orifice, u-shaped glass can be installed with frame orifice composed of steel structure.
